Room Hire
Bell View has four fully equipped rooms available for hire — all fully accessible and adaptable to your needs. Layouts can be arranged as boardroom, cabaret, classroom, horseshoe or theatre style. Wi-Fi, projector, screen, laptop and flipcharts are available throughout. Car parking and on-street parking are nearby, though spaces may be limited during office hours.
Tea and coffee can be provided at a small charge during office hours. Outside office hours we can arrange hot water flasks or access to kitchen facilities. Water is always provided free of charge, and buffets can be arranged at additional cost on request. Access to full kitchen facilities can be arranged with prior agreement.
A large, airy carpeted room on the upper floor — ideal for bigger meetings, training sessions and community events.
An attractive carpeted ground-floor room with full-height windows overlooking the garden. Screen in situ. Well suited to presentations, workshops and meetings.
A light, airy room with Karndean flooring and views to the garden — a versatile space for smaller groups, training or committee meetings.
Our largest bookable space. Can be partitioned for smaller groups. Well suited to larger community events, performances and gatherings.

Mobility Aid Hire
We have a range of lightweight manual wheelchairs — with small or large wheels — plus walkers and other mobility aids available to borrow on a short or longer-term basis. These are available to everyone, free of charge (a deposit is required on booking).
Items can be collected from our Reception at 33 West Street, Belford, or we can deliver to a location of your choice for a small charge proportionate to the mileage.
If you can afford to make a suggested donation of £20 when your loan has ended, this helps us to continue providing the service — but it is entirely optional.
