That's why we extend our care throughout North Northumberland through our network of outreach services, bringing vital support directly to communities across the region. We facilitate ad hoc support sessions in village halls and community centres, ensuring that whether someone needs advice, wellbeing support, or simply someone to talk to, help is available closer to home.

Our regular outreach programme includes exercise sessions tailored for all abilities, nutritious community lunches, and engaging social days that combat isolation and build local connections. These services rotate through various locations across North Northumberland, ensuring that geography never becomes a barrier to accessing the support you need. By taking our services to where people are, we're able to reach those who might otherwise miss out, while strengthening community bonds and creating networks of support that extend far beyond our Belford base.
