Join us for a day dedicated to you at Bell View. As part of World Well Being Week, we're bringing together a variety of sessions and classes to help you explore techniques that could transform your daily life.
Whether you're curious about mindfulness, want to try gentle movement, explore relaxation techniques, or discover creative practices, our Wellbeing Day offers something for everyone. Drop in for one session or stay for the day – it's your opportunity to sample different approaches and find what works for you.
All sessions are led by experienced local practitioners in a welcoming, no-pressure environment. No experience necessary – just bring an open mind and comfortable clothing. You may also want to bring a towel for the ice bath and your own yoga mat & blanket for the sound bath, but we have all these to hand otherwise.
Homemade refreshments and light lunches are available throughout the day.
Doors open at 10:00. Reiki 10- 4pm; Soundbath 10:15 - 11:15; Wim Hof Breathwork (& Optional Ice Bath) 11:30 - 12:45pm; Pilates 11:00 - 12:00; Mindful Walk with Tai Chi 11:30; Aromatherapy Workshop 12:00- 12:45pm; Group Hypnotherapy Workshop 1pm - 2pm; Rest, Restore, Relax - A Guided Meditation 2pm -3pm.
